Russ Beinder, PMP – Vice President, Operations
Russ Beinder is an entrepreneur, seasoned business analyst, computer technologist, and certified Project Management Professional (PMP). For over 20 years, he has leveraged technology to help organizations solve complex business challenges. After graduating with a degree in Computer Science from the University of Victoria, Russ began his career at Real Data Systems, where he specialized in technical troubleshooting, custom software development, and business consulting.
Following Real Data’s acquisition by Epic Data, Russ advanced through the company’s leadership ranks to become Director of Product Development. Most recently, he served as Principal Consultant of IT at SAP, leading a globally distributed team in application development and architecture, providing strategic technology leadership.
At FileHold, Russ oversees the customer-driven product roadmap, ensuring the delivery of solutions that integrate best practices in both business and technology.
Ray Barrett – Director of Customer Services
Ray oversees the support and training team at FileHold and provides technical expertise to the sales team. He leads the company’s cloud initiative, transitioning FileHold to a Microsoft Azure-based environment.
Ray holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering from The University of British Columbia, with a focus on Computer Engineering. His academic background includes advanced coursework in operating systems and real-time digital systems.
With over a decade of experience as a project manager and systems engineer, Ray has successfully led multi-million dollar projects. Prior to that, he worked at Real Data Systems, where he managed the support organization and contributed to project management efforts.
Kevin McArthur – Account Manager (USA)
Kevin McArthur has spent the past 14 years in a variety of sales, consulting, and managerial roles within the electronic document management industry. He is responsible for all U.S.-based direct sales activities at FileHold.
Kevin approaches sales as a consultative process, helping customers navigate complex decisions around document management software. He excels at guiding clients toward solutions that support a paperless office and enhance productivity.
He holds a degree from Texas A&M University and is a Certified Document Imaging Architect (CDIA), bringing both formal education and industry certification to his role.
